Pick up time: Meet at level 6 registration at 6pm (Please arrive 15 min earlier)
In case who is driving, There is valet service in front of Bijan restaurant.

Dear Mensans, we are glad to announce the design of the tags that will be given to all registered participants.
The purpose of these tags are to
- Identify the various participants of the IBD 2019.
- To indicate what each individual has paid for each event.
Only ONE tag will be given per participant. Access to the events will only be valid for participants who can present the tag for each event.
For members releasing their places to other individuals, their access to the venue will only be validated by the name of the ORIGINAL person who bought the ticket.
Example:
Lesedi Botha releases his Gala Ticket to Siti Smith.
Siti Smith will need to show Lesedi Botha’s Tag to be at the venue.
We think that this is a clear and secure way we can ensure that members will enjoy the wonderful experiences and all that the IBD 2019 is set out to be.

DINNER @ MELUR AND THYME – 13 OCT 2019 – CANCELED
We also have an announcement to make, with regards to the dinner at Melur and Thyme which was scheduled to happen on the 13th Oct 2019. Please be informed that it has been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances from the management of the restaurant.
Members who have made payment for this dinner will be refunded via PayPal in the coming weeks.
We think Mensans will enjoy, the open opportunity to explore the city on their own pace or take a break from a long day’s tour before Helsinki Night begins. After all, some of the greatest adventures began not with a plan, but with curiosity.
